RETURN & REFUND POLICY

This Return & Refund Policy applies to all purchases made through Ayazure.


1. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL (EU CUSTOMERS)

If you are a consumer residing in the European Union, you have the legal right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without providing any reason.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision by contacting us at:

You must return the goods within 14 days after notifying us.


2. CONDITIONS FOR RETURNS

To be eligible for a return, items must:

  • Be unused, unopened, and in the same condition as received

  • Be in the original packaging

  • Include all tags, seals, and labels intact

  • Be accompanied by proof of purchase

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.


3. NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Opened, used, or unsealed products

  • Products where the seal or packaging has been broken (e.g., opened bottles)

  • Personal care, cosmetic, or hygiene-related products once opened

  • Perishable goods (e.g., food, plants, flowers)

  • Custom-made or personalized products

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

  • Sale items and gift cards

These restrictions are in accordance with Article 16 of Directive 2011/83/EU on consumer rights.


4. 30-DAY RETURN POLICY (COMMERCIAL POLICY)

In addition to your legal rights, we offer a 30-day return period from the date of delivery.

This commercial return policy applies under the same conditions stated above and does not extend or replace your statutory rights.


5. RETURN PROCESS

Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Unless the item is defective or incorrect, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.


6. DAMAGES, DEFECTS, OR WRONG ITEMS

Please inspect your order upon delivery.

If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately at customer@ayazure.com. We will assess the issue and provide a replacement, repair, or refund in accordance with applicable law.


7. REFUNDS

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method

  • Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned goods or proof of return

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods or you have supplied proof of return, whichever occurs first.


8. EXCHANGES

We do not offer direct exchanges.

To obtain a different item, please return your original purchase and place a new order.
